We are very pleased to announce that Bambus Group will be present in the beautiful historical city of Aachen. This city was chosen due to the strategic location of Aachen, being the Germany’s most westerly city and, historically, one of Europe’s most important due to its position near the Dutch and Belgian borders.
We are happy that now through our office in Aachen, we are closer to our clients in Germany, Belgium and Netherlands, who are of a very important value to our company. Moreover, we are excited to be placed in such an important technological and industrial center in Technopark Aachen.
Aachen is a place where engineering technology, automation technology, laser technology and environmental technology are developed, and it plays an important role in the region. Many companies, especially those in the automobile industry, work closely with the RWTH – Aachen’s university. Aachen is a modern city, open to the world, with political, economic and cultural contacts that reach far beyond Germany’s borders. Being a city of 257,000 inhabitants, Aachen was presented as a a European model region at EXPO 2000 in Hanover due to its successful structural change and a remarkable instance of a region’s departure from mining and conventional industry to become one of Europe’s major high-tech locations.
