We are delighted to announce that we be part of Europe‘s largest conference trade fair, Call Center World (CCW), which will take place during 2 – 5 March 2020, in Berlin.
CCW is the largest trade fair for call centers, customer service and customer dialogue, with 8,000 visitors. The conference will host a three-day trade fair with around 270 exhibitors from 46 countries. We are happy to put Kosovo on the map of this remarkable conference trade fair. Bambus Group will showcase its services in market research, data processing, development, customer care and innovation alongside all the major players in the industry.
