We are more than happy that we are celebrating Bambus Group sixth birthday among a wonderful team!
Bambus Group was founded in 2014 as an independent company with a focus on market research services. Meanwhile, over the years we have expanded our activities in other industries and today we take pride in our professional team that provides services in the industry of contact center, information technology, branding and design, as well as academia and innovation.
This year, we expanded our language coverage up to 36 from our 8 centers in Kosovo. In March, we opened a venue in Aachen, meanwhile, we also established the independent company in Hamburg, Germany, Bambus Research Markt- und Meinungsforschungistut GmbH.
Despite the unusual situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we provided our services for the benefit of the society by launching Flutura Academy with its platform for online learning, where for several months over 3000 students from two municipalities attended lessons.
On the other hand, we were recertified with DIN ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 and EN ISO 9001: 2015 by TUV NORD and DIN ISO 20252: 2019 by DEKRA, thus ensuring that all services provided to our customers are in compliance with international standards and regulations.
Our team is constantly growing with new professionals joining, who have added bright colors to our environment. In addition, with our professional work, we have entered into new partnerships and strengthened the current ones. With all these achievements over the years and with goals for the future, we remain committed to upholding the values and mission we have set for ourselves.
